Directions

  1. Boil chicken breast in water or chicken bouillon with the vegetables till everything is cooked. Add in hot dogs at the end, just till warmed. Drain and reserve cooking liquid.
  2. Put warm (not hot) meat and vegetables into a food processor and process till smooth. Add enough liquid so it holds together (just a few Tbsp usually), salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Pack into a mold or bowl and cover tightly. Refrigerate till cold. Use spread on crackers. this is a bland, but good for sick days or if you've got a sensitive stomach. A good simple quick, cheap spread for appetizers.
