Chicken Pate

This is simple but lovely. I serve it in a ramekin with onion crackers on the side.

  1. Discard chicken skin and bones.
  2. Place all ingredients in processor.
  3. Process until smooth.
  4. Add more miracle whip if the consistency isn't right.
  5. Allow flavors to meld for an hour or so.
  6. Serve as you would a pate.
