chicken parmesan with a twist

Ingredients
- 6 chicken breasts
- 1 cup flour
- 2 cups Italian breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 2 cups half-and-half
- 1⁄2 cup romano cheese
- 1⁄2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1⁄2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons oil
Directions
- preheat oven to 350.
- mix bread crumbs and flour together.
- dip chicken in egg; dip it into breadcrumbs and flour.
- coat well.
- Heat oil in frying pan.
- add chicken breasts.
- cook until brown.
- mix half and half and marinara together in a baking dish.
- arrange chicken in sauce.
- cover with cheeses.
- bake for 30 minutes.
- serve over pasta.
