Chicken Parmesan

A Tender Delicious chicken dinner

Yields: 10 pieces

Ingredients

  • 10  pieces chicken thighs (with skin)
  • 1 12 cups butter (I have not tried this with margarine I do not like using it)
  • 34 cup parmesan cheese
  • 34 cup  Italian seasoned breadcrumbs (I add about 2 tablespoon more of Italian seasoning.to the bread crumbs )
  • 2  tablespoons  italian seasoning
  • 4  tablespoons  granulated garlic, divided
  • 2  tablespoons parsley
  • 1  teaspoon salt
  • 1  teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to to 375°F.
  2. Melt butter in a medium size sauce pan on low heat.
  3. When the butter has melted, stir in 2 tablespoons of garlic lower the heat you do not want the butter to boil.
  4. Once you have stirred in the garlic.add as many pieces of chicken that will cover the bottom of the sauce pan (DO NOT REMOVE THE SKIN FROM CHICKEN)
  5. Cook for about 1 to 2 min on each side.
  6. As the chicken is cooking in the sauce pan.mix all dry ingredients in a ziplock bag or a bowl
  7. take chicken out of sauce pan and coat with the mixed bread crumbs
  8. place in a baking dish skin side up. (If I have any dry ingredients left over I sprinkle it on the chicken in the baking dish before I put it in the oven I also do that with the butter too just drizzle over the chicken)
  9. bake at 375 F for 45 minute or until done.
  10. Do Not Turn Chicken over when cooking in the oven.
