Chicken or Turkey Salad With Cranberry Dressing

Ingredients
SALAD
- 4 cups diced chicken (or use turkey leftovers)
- 1⁄2 cup celery, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup seedless grapes, cut in half
- 1⁄2 cup light mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 cup light sour cream
- 1⁄4 cup pecans, chopped
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
DRESSING
- 3⁄4 cup salad oil
- 1⁄4 cup vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon paprika
- 1⁄4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1⁄2 cup jellied cranberry sauce
Directions
- For the salad: combine all ingredients reserving the chopped pecan for garnishing the top of the salad when served individually. Chill before serving.
- For the cranberry dressing: blend all ingredients until smooth using food processor, blender or mixer. Pour over individual servings of salad.
