Chicken or Tuna Salad Bake

I always used to make this when we were newlyweds. It's quick, and easy on the budget. Add a salad and you have a tasty little meal. Show more

Serves: 4-6

Ingredients

  • 1  can  cream of chicken soup
  • 1  cup  diced celery
  • 14 cup  finely chopped onion
  • 12 cup  salad dressing or 12 cup mayonnaise
  • 1  dash pepper
  • 3  hardboiled egg, chopped
  • 1  can tuna or 2  cups  cooked cubed chicken
  • 2  cups  broken  potato chips

Directions

  1. Combine soup, celery, onion, mayonnaise and pepper in 1 1/2 quart casserole.
  2. Fold in eggs, and tuna or chicken.
  3. Top with potato chips.
  4. Bake at 400° for 30 mins.
  5. This can be made ahead of time and refrigerated.
  6. Top with chips right before baking.
