Chicken on Focaccia

Ingredients
- 1 focaccia bread
- 125 g chicken breasts
- 35 g bacon
- 50 g mixed salad greens
- 1⁄4 avocado
- 1 slice swiss cheese
- 150 g chips
- 20 ml peri-peri
Directions
- Butterfly and halve chicken breast and marinate in peri peri sauce for 24 hours.
- Cook chicken and bacon and melt swiss cheese.
- Lightly toast foccacia, build sandwich with other ingredients and add fries to serve.
