Ingredients

  • 6  cups chicken broth
  • 1  stalk celery, finely chopped
  • 2  ounces  flat egg noodles
  • 12 cup  raw chicken meat, cut into bite-size pieces
  •  salt and pepper
  • 2  teaspoons  chopped parsley

Directions

  1. Simmer the chicken broth and celery about 5 minutes.
  2. Add the chicken pieces and cook about 2 minutes, or until done.
  3. Add the noodles and cook until tender.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste and garnish with the parsley.
