Chicken & Mushrooms Dijon

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2⁄3 cup chicken broth
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Directions
- Melt butter in skillet.
- Add chicken and saute' 5 - 7 minutes
- Add mushrooms and onions and saute' 3 minutes.
- Combine broth, cornstarch and mustard.
- Pour over chicken, mushrooms and onions.
- Bring to boil and cook until sauce is thickened.
