Chicken Masquerade

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1 large chicken thigh, skinned and chunked
- 1⁄4 cup soy sauce
- 1⁄4 cup white wine
- 1⁄8 teaspoon paprika
- 1⁄8 teaspoon celery seed
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 stalk celery, diced
Directions
- Saute chicken pieces in soy sauce.
- When chicken is about half-cooked, add wine and spices.
- Mince garlic and add.
- When most of the liquid is cooked out, add celery.
- Serve over rice.
