Chicken Marsala

Ingredients
- 6 chicken breasts, pounded 1/4-inch thick
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1⁄4 cup green onion, sliced
- 1⁄4 cup butter
- 1 cup broth
- 1⁄2 cup marsala wine
Directions
- Cook mushrooms and onion in 2 T butter till soft.
- Remove from pan.
- Add chicken, cook 2 minutes per side.
- Remove from pan.
- Add broth and wine simmer and reduce by half.
- Return chicken and mushrooms.
- Serve.
