Chicken Marsala

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 1 (7 ounce) can mushrooms
- 16 ounces boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1⁄3 cup marsala wine
- 2⁄3 cup chicken broth
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 4 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 dash pepper
Directions
- Cut the onion into wedges. Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, and saute onion, garlic and mushrooms.
- Lightly salt and pepper the chicken and add it to the skillet, cook 5 minutes on each side.
- Mix the chicken broth and cornstarch together, and add to the skillet. Reduce heat to low and simmer until the chicken is done. About 5 minutes.
