  1. Cut up chicken.
  2. Mix orange juice, soy sauce, orange marmalade, peach preserves, pepper and salt together.
  3. Marinate chicken in mixture for 2 hours.
  4. bake chicken in 375 degree Fahrenheit oven for 45 minutes.
  5. Turn chicken.
  6. Bake 15 minutes more.
