Chicken Licken

Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup butter
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 (6 ounce) can mushrooms
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1⁄4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 cup tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 cup heavy cream
Directions
- Melt butter in Dutch oven and brown chicken.
- Remove meat and brown onion and garlic.
- Add seasonings, tomatoes, broth and mushrooms.
- Put the chicken back in and simmer, covered for 40 minutes.
- Remove meat and keep warm.
- Blend cornstarch to smooth paste with the cream.
- Stir into sauce. Simmer 5 munutes stirring constantly.
- Pour sauce over chicken and serve with hot noodles.
