Chicken in Wine

Ingredients

• 3 -4  chicken breasts
• 3⁄4 cup wine, Rose or 3⁄4 cup  chablis
• 1⁄4 cup soy sauce (may use less)
• 1⁄4 cup  salad oil
• 2  tablespoons water
• 1  garlic, close
• 1⁄2 teaspoon ginger
• 1⁄4 teaspoon oregano
• 1  tablespoon brown sugar

Directions

1. Mix all togather except chicken in casserole.
2. Add chicken and bake at 350 for 1 hour. Turn chicken occasionally while baking.
3. Serve over rice.
