Chicken in Mushroom-Cream Sauce

Directions

  1. Lightly dredge chicken in flour.
  2. Fry in olive oil until golden brown and set aside.
  3. In another saute pan, add garlic, mushrooms and white wine and simmer until garlic exudes aroma.
  4. Add butter and cream and stir.
  5. Add the chicken.
  6. Cover and simmer on low heat a few minutes until blended and cooked through.
  7. Sprinkle a bit of flour for extra thickness, if desired.
