Chicken Gyoza

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sake
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 36 wonton wrappers
Directions
- 1. Combine all ingredients. Pipe 1 tablespoon filling onto each won ton wrap.
- 2. In batches of 12, lightly pan-fry, add 1/2 cup water and a tablespoon of sesame oil.
- 3. Steam for 6 minutes.
- 4. Uncover, and let water steam off.
