Chicken Gumbo

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 1 cup corn
- 1 cup fresh okra, diced
- 2 cups tomatoes (canned or fresh)
- 1 cup diced leftover cooked chicken
- any other leftover vegetables
- 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
- 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1⁄4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- hot cooked rice (optional)
Directions
- Melt margarine in frypan.
- Add all ingredients.
- Simmer for 20 minutes and serve with rice.
