Chicken Goujons

Ingredients
- 4 slices Warburtons gluten free white bread, plus milk and calcium, crusts removed
- 50 g sesame seeds
- 4 skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite sized pieces
- 2 medium eggs, beaten
- olive oil flavored cooking spray
Directions
- Using a food processor, blend the bread to fine breadcrumbs.
- Mix breadcrumbs and sesame seeds and spread over a large baking tray.
- Dip the chicken in the beaten egg & coat thoroughly with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Lay the chicken on a lightly greased baking sheet and place in the fridge for 30mins.
- Spray chicken with the olive oil spray and oven cook for 10-15 minutes at 200°c/Gas mark 6.
- Serve with tzatziki, guacamole or tomato salsa.
