Chicken Goo!

Serves: 8-10
Ingredients
- 4 -5 boneless chicken breasts (still frozen!)
- 2 (15 1/2ounce) cans black beans
- 2 (15 ounce) cans corn (I use frozen and measure with the can from the beans)
- 1 (15 ounce) jar salsa, any kind (I again measure this with the bean can)
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
Directions
- Place 4-5 frozen boneless chicken breasts into crock pot.
- Add drained black beans, corn (drained if canned - but if frozen you don't need to thaw) and pour the salsa over the top of everything else.
- Cook on high for about 4-5 hours or until chicken is cooked.
- Add 1 package of cream cheese cut in chunks (just throw it on top!) and let sit for about 1/2 hour.
- You can serve the chicken breasts whole with the sauce on top, or to make this go further, I shred the chicken up and can easily feed 8-10 people.
