Chicken Enchilada Casserole

Cheesey chicken enchilada casserole, simple to make delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 12 lbs  cooked chicken breasts, shredded
  • 2 (10 ounce) cans  reduced-fat cream of chicken soup
  • 12 cup  reduced-fat chicken broth (May need more depending on how runny you would like it)
  • 1 (4 ounce) can green chilies
  • 1  lb cheddar cheese
  • 4 -6  flour tortillas, torn into pieces

Directions

  1. Add everything together into a casserole dish, Bake covered at 350 for 30 minutes.
