Chicken Divan

Ingredients
- 3 1⁄2 cups cooked chicken
- 3 1⁄2 cups cooked broccoli
- 3 cups whole milk
- 1⁄4 cup cooked roux (with 2 tsp of chicken bouillon powder)
- 2⁄3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- salt
- pepper
Optional Toppings
- 2 cups crushed crackers
- 1⁄2 cup unsalted butter, melted
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°f . Combine cooked chicken and broccoli in 9 x 13 pan.
- heat saucepan on med-high, put in cooked roux with chicken bouillon powder.
- Stir roux constantly for 35 secs then add milk, whisk ingredients together reduce heat to med heat and stir mixture until it thickens. Once thickened add mayonnaise, dijon mustard, salt and pepper. Pour Sauce over chicken and broccoli evenly. Optional: Top Chicken Divan with cracker and butter topping.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
