Chicken Delight

This one dish casserole was a favorite of mine as a child and now I love making it for my own family. My mom would always cut up chicken (my dad is a big fan of thighs while my mom and I love white meat.) I prefer to buy frozen chicken breasts and call it good. If you play with this recipe, one ingredient that is a "must" is the onion soup mix. It really is what gives this recipe flavor. Enjoy! Show more
