Chicken Cordon Bleu Pizza

Chicken Cordon is one of my favorite dishes so it only made sense that I would make this into a specialty pizza. Adjust seasonings according to taste.

• Yields: 1 pizza

Ingredients

• 1  basic pizza dough
• 2  cups chicken, cooked and chopped
• 2  cups ham, chopped
• 2  cups muenster cheese, shredded
• 8  ounces mushrooms
• 1⁄2 cup olive oil
• 1  teaspoon rosemary
• 2  garlic cloves, minced
• 1  teaspoon parsley
• 1⁄4 cup  breadcrumbs, seasoned
• 1⁄2 cup parmesan cheese, grated & divided

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease 12" pizza pan.
2. Spread dough on pan and bake 10 minutes.
3. In bowl combine oil, rosemary, garlic, parsley and 1/4 cup parmesan cheese.
4. Spread over baked pizza dough.
5. Spread meunster cheese over oil mixture.
6. Add layer of chicken and ham.
7. Sprinkle mushrooms.
8. Mix breadcrumbs and remaining 1/4 cup parmesan cheese and sprinkle over top.
9. Bake 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
