Chicken Cordon Bleu

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 4 slices cheese, sliced in half
- 3 slices boiled deli ham, sliced in half
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 1 (10 1/2ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1⁄4 cup milk
Directions
- Flatten each chicken breast.
- Place 1/2 slice cheese, then ham.
- Secure with toothpicks.
- In a skillet brown the chicken in margarine.
- Stir in soup, milk and cover.
- Cook over medium heat for 30 minutes.
- Stir occasionally.
- Tip - This meal can also be baked on 350 for 50 minutes.
- Small pieces of (leftover) cooked ham can also be used in place of deli ham.
