Chicken Chow Mein

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon light olive oil
- 500 g ground chicken
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
- 1 cup sliced frozen green beans, left to thaw
- 1⁄4 cabbage, finely shredded
- 1 (45 g) packet dried chicken noodle soup
- 1 1⁄2 cups water
Directions
- Heat oil, and lightly cook the mince.
- Add all other ingredients, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
