Chicken Chip Casserole

This is a quick casserole, made from pantry items. You can use Canned Chicken or Rotisserie from the deli. My kids DEMAND this on Halloween before Trick-or-Treating. Enjoy! Show more

Serves: 8

Ingredients

  • 1 (11 ounce) can  chicken breast in water
  • 1 (20 ounce) bag  egg noodles, uncooked
  • 1 (14 1/2ounce) can  cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (14 1/2ounce) can  cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms
  • 0.5 (10 1/2ounce) bag  potato chips, plain, crushed into small crumbs
  •  salt and pepper

Directions

  1. First Preheat the oven to 350 deg.
  2. Cook noodles to package directions, drain, rinse and set aside.
  3. In the pan you cooked the noodles in, pour in the rest of the ingredients except the potato chips and combine.
  4. Add back the noodles and mix well.
  5. Pour noodle mixture into a 13x9 pan.
  6. Top with crushed up potato chips.
  7. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until top is golden brown.
