Chicken Caesar Salad Pizza

What a delightful twist on pizza!!! Cold, crispy caesar salad, on hot, cheesy pizza! This is soooo good!!!! Show more

  1. Preheat oven too 500ºF.
  2. Cut chicken into chunks and stir fry with 1-2 tablespoons dressing.
  3. Add one clove garlic to pan and stir.
  4. Prepare dough with olive oil.
  5. Spread 1/2 cup salad dressing over crust.
  6. Top with remaining clove garlic, spread evenly.
  7. Sprinkl Parmesan cheese over crust to lightly cover.
  8. Put 1/2 Monterey Jack cheese on top.
  9. Chop chicken into small pieces and place on top.
  10. Top with remaining Monterey Jack cheese and more Parmesan, if desired.
  11. Bake 10 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
  12. Meanwhile, toss tomatoes, lettuce and green onions in large bowl.
  13. Mix with additional salad dressing.
  14. Serve each pizza slice with a serving os caesar salad on top!
  15. NOTE: You can use a Boboli pizza crust if you prefer, just bake according to package instructions.
