Chicken Cacciatore Pronto

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Kraft light zesty italian dressing
- 8 bone-in skinless chicken thighs (1-1/2 lb.)
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 (14 1/2ounce) can Italian-style diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1⁄3 cup tomato paste
- 2 small red peppers, chopped
- 8 ounces whole wheat spaghetti, uncooked
- 1⁄4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1⁄2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
Directions
- HEAT dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 10 minute or until chicken is lightly browned on both sides, turning occasionally.
- ADD garlic, tomatoes and tomato paste; mix well. Stir in peppers; cover. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 20 minute or until chicken is cooked through (165°F), stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, cook pasta as directed on package.
- REMOVE skillet from heat. Add Parmesan cheese to chicken mixture; stir. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Let stand 5 minute until mozzarella cheese is melted. Serve chicken and sauce over hot cooked pasta.
