Chicken Breast in Foil

This is an easy and delicious way to cook boneless breasts

• Serves: 4

Ingredients

• 4  boneless skinless chicken breasts
• 1  small onion, cut into thin slices
• 1 -2  garlic clove, sliced
• 2  tablespoons basil
• 1⁄4 cup butter
• 1⁄4 cup honey
•  salt and pepper

Directions

1. Lightly spray sheet of foil with cooking spray.
2. Place one slightly flattened breast in middle of sheet.
3. Add a few onion slices and garlic cloves.
4. Sprinkle with basil (note: I had fresh basil on hand, but use whatever seasoning you like).
5. Salt and pepper to taste.
6. Spread a few thin slices of butter on top.
7. Drizzle with honey.
8. Seal foil so not touching ingredients.
9. Place foil packets on cookie sheet.
10. Repeat for other 3 breasts.
11. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
