Chicken Breast in Balsamic Marinade

This low fat marinade is wonderful on chicken or turkey breast

Ingredients

• 1⁄4 cup tamari soy sauce
• 2  tablespoons  balsamic vinegar
• 1⁄2 teaspoon olive oil
• 2  tablespoons fresh basil, minced
• 1⁄2 teaspoon oregano
• 1⁄8 teaspoon fresh pepper
• 2  garlic, minced
• 2  whole chicken breasts

Directions

1. Combine and marinade for several hours or overnight.
