Chicken and Vegetable Soup

For small meal that makes two servings.

Ingredients

  • 23 cup  gluten-free flour (Add a small amount more if needed)
  • 2 12 cups milk
  • 1  tablespoon butter
  • 1  vegetable bouillon
  • 1  chicken bouillon
  • 14 teaspoon salt (or to taste)

Directions

  1. Whisk together the flour with the milk.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and heat to a boil while whisking til fully dissolved and combined. Reduce heat and simmer a few minutes and keep whisking too have a smooth consistency and leave it until it is thick enough to your liking.
