Chicken and Stuffing Casserole

This dish is quick and easy and comes out perfect every time! My kids gave it the "Ugliest Dinner" award, but they still cleaned their plates and went back for seconds! Show more

Serves: 8-10

Yields: 1 casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 12 lbs chicken
  • 2 (10 ounce) cans  cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (6 ounce) package  seasoned stuffing mix
  • 1 (8 3/4ounce) can corn, whole kernel (strained)
  • 1 (8 3/4ounce) can peas (strained)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Spray 9x12 casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Prepare stuffing as directed. Let sit.
  4. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  5. Combine soup, veggies and chicken into 9x13 casserole dish.
  6. Stir until everything is mixed thoroughly.
  7. Add stuffing on top of casserole.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes, or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
