Chicken and Spinach Salad

Ingredients
- 6 ounces fresh Baby Spinach
- 2 oranges, peeled and cut in chunks
- 2 cups cooked and cubed chicken
- 2 cups fresh strawberries
DRESSING
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons orange juice
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1⁄4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1⁄3 teaspoon poppy seed
Directions
- Mix dressing ingredients and refrigerate.
- Wash Spinach, unless already washed.
- Tear into bite size pieces, if needed.
- Clean& hull Strawberries (may cut into bite size pieces).
- Add Strawberries, oranges, and chicken.
- Serve with dressing.
