Chicken and Sausage Jambalaya

  1. Melt butter in a large Dutch oven over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped celery, onion, and bell pepper.
  3. Saute 5 minutes or until tender.
  4. Add sausage and saute 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in chicken and remaining ingredients.
  6. Bring to a boil.
  7. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 30 minutes.
  8. Rice can be made separately, if desired, and stirred into other ingredients when done.
