Chicken and Rice

Ingredients
- 1 (10 3/4ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (4 ounce) envelope onion soup mix
- 3⁄4 cup white rice, uncooked
- 2 1⁄8 cups water
- 6 boneless chicken breasts
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Mix first 4 ingredients and pour into greased 9x13 baking dish.
- Arrange chicken pieces on top. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Spray chicken liberally with spray maragarine (optional).
- Bake in 375 degree oven for 1 - 1 1/4 hours, UNCOVERED.
- Serve with cranberry sauce and a green vegetable.
