Chicken and Noodle Casserole

Ingredients
- 10 ounces cream of mushroom soup (1 can)
- 1⁄2 cup whole milk
- 1⁄4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1⁄4 cup asiago cheese, grated
- 1 cup mixed vegetables, frozen
- 2 cups chicken, cooked, diced
- 2 cups egg noodles, cooked and drained
- 1⁄2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- cooking spray
Directions
- Spray a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray.
- Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Carefully blend soup, milk, pepper, Asiago cheese (or Parmesan or Romano), vegetables, chicken and noodles in a mixing bowl and then transfer it to the casserole dish.
- Top with the cheddar cheese and "tent" the dish with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Serve hot.
