Chicken and Coriander Dumplings

  1. Roughly chop coriander leaves and 2 roots.
  2. Blend i food processor with mince,sauces and garlic till smooth.
  3. Add coconut milk, process till smooth.
  4. Spoon mixture into mini mufin tins.
  5. Bake in moderate oven 180 C for about 30 minutes till firm to touch.
