Chicken and Apple Salad

Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken tenders, poached in pineapple juice and lemon pepper
- 2 tart apples, cored and cubed
- 7 ounces gouda cheese, cubed
- 8 ounces bow tie pasta, cooked
- 1⁄2 cup celery, diced
- 1 cup pineapple tidbits
- 1⁄2 cup seedless grapes, sliced
- 2⁄3 cup sliced almonds, toasted
For dressing
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄4 cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon poppy seed
Directions
- Combine all ingredients. Stir in honey-lime dressing. Garnish with lemon twists and avocados (optional).
