Chicken and Almonds

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup blanched almond
- 1 (10 1/2ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 3 cups cooked chicken
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 1⁄4 cups water or 2 1⁄4 cups chicken stock
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup fresh beans
Directions
- Brown almonds in oil. Stir fry above ingredients, add soup mix and chicken. Bring to boil and simmer 3 minutes. Sprinkle almonds on top.
