Chicken Alfredo

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 skinless chicken breasts
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons italian seasoning
- 0.5 (154 g) package onion soup mix (I use lipton)
- 1 (8 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 1⁄4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 lb dry fettuccine
Directions
- 1. In large skillet, heat olive oil adn saute garlic. Add diced chicken, pepper and Italian seasoning. Cook together.
- 2. In medium bowl, stir together onion soup mix, cream of mushroom soup, milk and water. Add to chicken mixture. Add parmesan to chicken, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 3. While sauce is simmering cook fettuccine. Toss pasta with sauce.
