Yields: 3 cups
Ingredients
- 1 cup long grain rice
- 2 cups hot water
- 3 chicken bouillon cubes
Directions
- Melt bouillon cubes in the hot water (I put it in the microwave).
- Mix rice and water in a rice cooker or a 3-quart pan with a lid. Cover and simmer until the rice is soft.
- Add a little butter and enjoy.
