  1. In a bowl toss together the coconut, flour, and salt. Stir in sweetened condensed milk and almond extract until blended.
  2. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 3in apart on bakins sheets lightly coated with cooking spray.
  3. Bake 300 for 18-22min until edges are lightly browned. Cool for 2 mins before removing, cool on wire rack.
