Ingredients
- 7 cups Rice Krispies
- 2 1⁄2 cups corn flakes (no named superstore brand only)
- 1 1⁄2 cups peanuts
- 1 1⁄2 cups pumpkin seeds
- 1⁄2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup cashews
- 1 cup almonds (roast in oven)
- 1 cup raisins (optional)
- 1⁄4 cup corn oil
- 2 -3 dried red chilies
- 2 teaspoons mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon turmeric (add 1/2 tspn more if required)
- 2 teaspoons sesame seeds (put last when pot is taken off the stove)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon citric acid (add little at a time and taste)
- 2 -3 teaspoons sugar (optional)
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
Directions
- Pour mixture over the chevdo mix and stir.
