Chestnut Orange Loaf

Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1⁄2 cup butter, melted
- 1⁄2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1⁄2 cup almond flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 10 ounces chestnut puree
- 4 ounces candied orange peel
- 2 tablespoons orange flower water
- 4 ounces cooked ham, diced very small
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Beat the eggs and melted butter in a bowl. Mix in the two flours and baking powder.
- Add the chestnut puree, candied orange peel, orange flower water and diced ham. Mix well and pour into a buttered or sprayed loaf pan.
- Bake for 45 minutes. Allow the loaf to cool and serve cut into cubes.
