Chestnut Meatballs

Ingredients
- 2 cups soft breadcrumbs
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1⁄4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1⁄2 lb ground beef
- 1⁄2 lb pork sausage
- 1 (5 ounce) can water chestnuts, drained and finely chopped
Directions
- Combine first 5 ingredients; add meats and water chestnuts. Mix well.
- Form into 1-inch meatballs and place on baking sheet.
- Bake at 350°F for 18 to 20 minutes or until done.
