Cheryl’s Salmon Casserole

Serves: 4-6
Ingredients
- 1 (425 g) can salmon
- 3⁄4 cup cheese, grated
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 (420 g) can cream of celery soup
- 1⁄2 cup evaporated milk, I use skim
- 1 cup rice, uncooked
Directions
- Mix together and top with buttered breadcrumbs.
- Bake 30mins at 200degC (400degF).
