Ingredients

• 100  cherries (half sweet, half sour)
• 1  teaspoon vanilla
• 1  cup sugar
• 1  liter red wine
• 1  cup  Everclear alcohol

Directions

1. Macerate the cherries with the alcohol and sugar for three days.
2. Filter and place in bottles.
