  1. Slice the tops off the cherry tomatoes and scoop out pulp. Place cut side down on paper towels and let drain 15 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, mash avocado and lemon juice. Stir in quinoa, green onions and cheese. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Spoon quinoa mixture into tomato shells. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
