Cherry Tomatoes in Garlic

Ingredients
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic, peeled & crushed
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Rinse tomatoes and shake off excess water.
- Place in a plastic bag with the garlic and the salt.
- Let stand at room temperature for 2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
- Turn occasionally to blend flavours.
- Rinse tomatoes briefly before serving.
